The news of the capture of Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar, has been confirmed. News fcoui Madagascar states that a brilliant action preceded the capture of the capital, and that on Tuesday the terms of peace will be arranged, subject to ratification by France. General Metzinger has been appointed Governor of Antananarivo. The President has cabled the thanks of France to the army.
