The Adventures of a Cow.
The following is the report of a case which came before the Lord Mayor some time ago. A farmer living in Epping Forest had a cow that grtW; BO- did that he felt be ought to fiell her, ai she gave little or no milk.- He took her to the market, disposed, of her for £4 10s, and after trying to buy another and failing, returned home. The man he Bold her to took hev about and tried to dispose of her, bat was finding that he could not realise what he had paid, when " a dootor," who had been regarding him for some time, offered for a fee of sb, to make -net as young as she was 10 years before.
