If the vessel was two miles off Port Stephens, and steering north SOdeg. east, she would not plear the Seal Rocks. The Qatterthun inquest concluded on Wednesday. The jury found that the vessel was wrongly navigated, but that no blame attached to Mr Lanfear. Previous to the verdict a telegram was read from a gentleman, who adjusted the compasses, stating that the deviation was three degrees easterly, which would make an error of 12£ degs. easterly. This would have pnt the steamer considerably farther off the land. /
