It was stated the counsel had agreed to a postponement to next Court day. Mrs McLean y. Mrs Urwick— Claim, £2 18s 6d. Mr Moore for plaintiff. Mr Ray for defendant. Id was contended that the account was one incurred by Mr Urwick. The S.M. uphald this contention and gave judgment for defendant, with solicitor's fee of 21s. W. E. Gascoigne v. R. Hannah & Co. (Interpleader summons.) Mr Ray appeared for the execution creditors. Adjourned to 24th Aug. CKIMINAL. Polica v. W. H. Howe. Adjourned to Tuesday, 18th August. Police v. William Wells. Application for prohibition order. Constable Gillespie gate evidsnce of the defendant wasting his money. Mrs Wells asked him to take steps. Wells had agreed to these steps . being taken. " Prohibition order granted to apply to the two licensed houses at Shannon with costs against defendant of 73.
