Fatal Accident.

Mr Seabury, the pilot, was on shore and directed the steps to be taken to revive him, and also sent a telephone message for the chemist, Mr Hamer, but though making a particularly quusfr.,trip, he iound the man had been dead a quarter of an hour. : The deceased was a hardworking and civil man, about 88 years of age and regret is generally expressed at his untimely death. He had been in the district some six. or seven years; Fortunately he was a single man. An inquest is being held to-day.
