The reballion in Macedonia is spreading. Numerous bands armed with Martinis are attacking the Turkish soldiers. The ironclad Eedoubfcable, one of the vessels of the French Mediterranean Squadron, grounded on Cape Sepet, but was floated off with slight damage. At the Kaiser's request the British ships will remain at Kiel two days after the other squadrons. The gold reserve in the American Treasury exceeds one hundred millions.
