In reply to a question in the House of Commons, SirW. V. Harcourt said that before the end of the session members would be in possesiion of Lord Bosebery's proposals with regard to the reform of the House of Lords, as foreshadowed in the Prime Minister's speech at Bradford on the 20th October last.

Mr 'William O'Brien, M.P., has been adjudged bankrupt, owing to the non-payment of Chancery law costs.
The press generally recognise that the fact of the Government advane* ing the resolution for reform of the House of Lords points to an early dissolution of Parliament.
