TO TBI EDITOR OF TBI! MANAWATC HERALD. Stß,— l Bee the Mukaka River Board intend to advertise for. tenders for putting up ibe embankment in the Wellington and Palmerston papers. This is unfair to the working men in this district— men who bave families or a home ; and I hope the ■embers of the Board will reconsider iti J^^Sirt whardly a man in Moutoa who sees i Wellington, or Palmerston paper except oooaaionally. but why spend money to tfcwW'ihe wprk open to outsiders.
