W® beg to acknowledge the receipt of the forty-sixth annual report of the A.M.P.. Society.

The amount of cash bonus to be provided . for the year 1894, being one year's bonus, is £428,020, providing reversionary bonuses amounting to £850,000 for the year. The cash bonuses for the year show a dividend of £84 6s per WBt. on the premiums received dur« ftfothe year, ■TOe reserve set apart for possible dejwoiation of securities now stands |nU14,849. !j)ne Report renounce that since tbf close of the year a Supplementary; Prpspectuff containing Tables of IlftftJ a number of new benefits fcftl been issued ; these Tables have been approved by Mr George King, F.1.A., of London, and their introduction will it is believed largely extend the sphere of the Society's usefullness.
