Hacks shall mean horses that have never won an advertised stake exceeding the net Rum or value of 40 Roya. at time of ttart, hack and hunter races excepted. In all nominations description, age and pedigree of horses must bo given, together with the colours of the ridev. The advertised fee -must in every case accompany nominations and acceptances. All Races to be run under Wanganui Jockey Club Rules, and the Rules of Racing. No betting allowed on the courne, except through the medium of the Totalisator.
