Nominations and acceptances (in proper form) must be accompanied with the necessary fee, otherwise they will 1)l- ivj feted. Nominations must state age, colour, pedigree, and punt performances when* not kuowu to tho haudicapper, and colours to ho worn by the ridei*. 4. The winner of any adverti 8e " race, after the declaration of weight 8 ' to the net value of 80 soys. to carry a penalty of 51bs. in the Sandon Handicap. The winner of any advertised race, after the declaration of weights to the net value of 30 soys. to carry a penalty of 71bs. in the Flying Stakes Handicap and 51bs. in the Tramway Handicap. 5.
