Definition ofa hack—" A hack means a horse that has never won an advertised race to the net value of over 40 soys. (hack and hunters' races excepted). 2. Nominations and acceptances (in proper form) must be accon_pa« nied with the necessary fee, other* wise, they will be rejected. If nominations and acceptances are tele* gnshed, the fees must be forwarded by first mail thereafter. This mil will be strictly enforced. 8. Nominations must state age, coJottr, pedigree, and nasi performances where not known to the handi* capper, and colours to be worn by tha rider. 4. The winner of any advertised race, after the declaration of weights, to the net value of 80 soys. to carrj a penalty of 51bs. in the Sandon Handicap.
