For miles not a farm escaped inundation. The flood in the Manning River is the heaviest since 1876. Farms are submerged in all directions, but the water is now receding. Fifteen inches of rain fell in thsee days* Maryborough is preparing for floods. At Puindaberg six inches have fallen since Sunday, and it is still raiuing. A. flood is anticipated.
