The chief event, the Sandon Han> dicap is a mile and a half race, and is of the-value of £70. l?he course is a food and pretty 6ne t -most cottveniefi tly situated, and easily' reached by road and tram. Alltjrae appointments are good, and the HSecretary, Mr R. G. Edwards, is both-coarteous and attentive. A pleasurable day's outing is always obtained at these meetings^
