Inglis, the well known Victorian breeder, whose possession he remiiined np to time of sale. His sire, Malua, won the Melbourne Australian and Adelaide Cups, Newmarket Handicap, and many weight for age races, as well as the Grand National V'uulle Knee. Malua's first son, Mulvolio, won the Melbourne Cup. nacre's dam, Norna, by Conrad (imp ), out of Thalia (imp. I *. 13 dam of Darriwell, another Melbourne Cup winner. In the Victorian show ring Haere took first prize at BaUun and Myvniong for 3 yeass beating Malua, Mentor, Culma, Enfilade « lid other good horses.
