•»— , The Oroua Polo Club had a capital practise last Saturday afternoon at the Motoa Estate. Eight playing j members turned up and a good (jafck game was played. Mr and Mrs Wilson hospitably entertained the number of Visitors with afternoon tea. A heavy shower rather damped the interest of the spectators, but it for* tunately did not last long. ;. . Next Saturday the3bwo tdftm^/of . the Palmerston Gltfb meet . ithe! j Oroua Club at the Oroua DtfwiiSjl when some exciting games may be looked for. Play commences ■" at 11 a.m. It ia expected that a good many will be present. The fol* lowing Saturday the Oroua team are to meet the Rangitikefteain at Bulls.
