Gorton & Son's Stock Repobt. Bulls, 16th Not. t/arge eiltfies of cattle and sheep made up our sale at Balls on Tuesday and small though niore than advertised at Hunterville yesterday. Trade was brisk for beef at Bulls at which there were gome exceptionally fine pens of half-bred Polled Angus bullocks from the Raranals Estate, for other cattle it was very fair. For sheep, dull, more business being done after the sale than under the hammer. Yesterday's busiflesS could only be done after the sale. Our quotations a"i'e=» BULLS. Cattle— Fat bullocks, £7 11s to £8 ss ; fat heifers, £5 6a to £6 6s ; fat cows, £4 to £4 15s ; yearlings, 81s to 869 Gd ; 18 months mixed, £2 ss6d to £2 14s Gd J cows, £2 10a to £2 11s ; 18 months bulls, £2 4s to £2 10a. Sheep — Wethers in wool, 13s ; hoggets, 9d 3d to 9a 6d ; ewes with lambs, 88; shorn sheepi 4s Id; shorn wethers bid up to 8a lid, but were passed in. HUNTERVILLE. Cattle — Weaners and yearlings, £2 4s. Sheep— Woolly wethers, 10a 8d ; hoggets, mixed, 9s. Bulls Polo ponies, unbroken, 8 sold, brought from £5 15s to £7.
