The Czarewitch's Cadeau de Noce.
„ P 1 The pVesetit which the. French " Committee of Souvenir " headed by General Baron Rebillot proposeH to offer to the Czarewitch on the oc casion of bis marriage, is to take the form of five hundred fine porcelain plates^ to be manufactured in the State factory at Sevres. Each plate will be superbly decorated with the arms of France; In the centre will ' be the ariris of a 1 French province,with the name of the province in & scroll underneath. On the borders, of blue enamel fdg<d with gold, will appear the names and crests of sis of the principal towns in the prb'viuco whose name figures in the middle of the plate. These will be surrounded with gilded branches of oak and laurel, and separated from each 6ih«?r by six Russian eagles in black. When the Service 1 is coin pleted a public exhibition of a tablelaid for twenty guests will be made in one of the museums.
