The final heat between E. Ingram and Bradbury was rowed on Friday ■ : afternoon . . :- • ffi. :■ "' Ingram conceded 15 sees., and won- easily by about three lengths. Bradbury allowed the wind to drive his boat over to town side amongst. the lumpy water, which materially affected his race. Mr W. Forster acted as starter and Mr Stansell as judge all through the heats in this race.
