Gorton & Son's Stock Report. Bulls, October 29. Large entries of cattle, sheep and horses made up our sale at Feilding on Saturday. The dry weather affected the sale very much and we had to turn out some lines unsold. More business was done after the sale than under the hammer, and on the whole we quitted a good deal. Our quotations are : — Cattle — Fat bullocks, £Q 10s to £ 7 ; fat cows, £o ; Bto 4-year bullocks, £4 15s 6d ; 18 months bullock, £2 18s 6(i ; yearlings, 36a to 893 ; weaners, 30s. Sheep— Fat wethers, 12-; 6d ; ewes with lambs, 10-; Gd ; hoggets, various prices from 7a Bd. Horse3 — Hacks up to £8 f>3 ; draught horses, £23 to £24
