His sire, Malua, won the Melbourne Australian and Adelaide Cups, Newmarket Handicap, and mnny weight for age races, as well as tho Grand National Hurdle Race. Malua's first son, Malvolio, won the Melbourne Cup. Haere 's dam, Nornn, by Conrad (imp.), out of Thalia (imp. I *, is dam of Darriwell, sinuther Melbourne Cnp winner. In the Victorian show ring Haere took first prize at Baihin and Myrniorig for 3 yoass beating fcfalua, Mentor, Calma, Enfilade und other gootl horse 3.
