A meeting of delegates of country Racing Clubs within the Wanganui Metropolitan District was held at the White Hart Hotel at Marfcon yesterday. . . . > A large number were present including Mr J. G. Wilson, M.H.8.-; the conveener. and the delegate from the Foxton Racing Club, Mr J. R. McMillan. After a long discussion proposals to reduce the Foxton, Feilding and Rangitikei Clubs by one meeting were carried. The meetings at Turakina and Ashurst are to be abolished.
