Bulls, July 28.
During the last ten days we have held our usual dales at Bulls, Awahuri and Hunterville. Full entries came forward at Awahuri, in spite of the very inclement weather, but at Hunterville the tntries were small. We disposed of most of the stock at Bulls and Awahuri, but could only sell the cattle at Hunter ville. Our quotations are — Biti.ls. Cattle— 2£ year steers, £2 15s ; weaners, 26s 6d ; yearlings, 85s 6d ; milkers, £4 2s 6d to £5 9s ; springing heifers, £4 ss ; store cows, £2 103. Sheep— B tooth Lincoln ewes, 10s ; breeding ewes, 9s 3d ; empty ewes, 6s 6d ; lambs, 83 6d to 6s 6d ; wethers, 8s lOd ; mixed dry sheep, 6s 8dAwAmmr. Cattle— Fat cows, £5 ; weaners, 22s 6d. Sheep— Breeding ewes, 6s 7d to 7s 9d ; ewes, 5s to 6s ; lambs, 5s 8d to 7s lid. We sod privately 80 fat bullocks and have buyers for any quantity. Hunterville. Cattle — Springing heifers, £4 7s 6d ; store cows, £2 ss ; weaners, 80a.
