Two hundred Anarchists have been attested in Paris. . The editor of a newspaper in Leg horn, Tuscany, has been mortally stabbed by Anarchists. He was a bitter denouncer of the Anarchists. The strike in the United States affects 82 railroads. There has been much violence, and a number of trains have been derailed. Interruption in tiaffic has caused the price of provisions in Chicago t> double. The pig-yards are idle. A number of Italians who have hurriedly left France are encamped near Metz in a destitute and starving condition. The Kaiser has instructed the Chancellor to open up negotiations with Great Britain and other Euro pean nations with a view to forming a union to suppress ths Anarchists. Federal troops have been ordered to secure the free running of trains in Colorado. Militia have occupied Danville and Decatur in Tennessee. The leaders in the railway dispute declare that it has developed into a fight between unionism and capitalists. The President has ordered the troops to arrest the leaders of the strike on a charge of conspiracy. M. Dupuy retains his colleagues. The Anarchists threaten the New President unless Santo is pardoned. M. Casimir-Perier has forwarded a message of thank3 to the German Emp?ror for releasing the two French officers.
