TKTEII • COMMUNICATION. For the North— A train leaves Foxton daily at 9 a.m. for Palmerston, Wanganui and Napier. For New Plymouth the through trains run only on Tuesdays nnd Fridays. For Bandon a (rain leaves Foxton at 3.0 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. On Thursdays nnd Saturdays a train leaves* Foxton at 3.50 p.m. lor the North. From the North — Trains arrive at Foxton on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays at (i.85 p.m., and on Thursdays and Saturdays at 1.35 p.m. end 8.35 p.m. The train leaves Sandon on Mondays at 8.0 am , and on Wednesdays and Fridays at 10 a.m., arriving at Foxton on Mondays at 10 a m., and on Wednesdays and Fridays at noon. For the' South— A coach leaves Whyte's Hotel every morniug at 5.50 a.m. for Kerevu, connecting with tho down train to • Otaki und Wellington. The coach also connects with the up train from Wellington. Tho s.s. Queen of the South eaves the Foxton wharf for Wellington on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, circumstances permitting.
