Union Jack at the Lords.

The Government having made arrangements for flying the Union Jack at the House of Lords during the sitting of Parliament, the magniflcient national flag, measuring 24ft by 17tfc was on Thursday, 29th April hoisted to the top of the flag* staff surmounting the Victoria Tower, where it attracted consider* able attention.
