Polti, the Anarchist, has made a full confession of his connection with the Anarchists, and states that Farandi directed everything, but kept in the background. Farandi, the accomplice of Polti, has confess- d that he intended to murder Inspector Melville, who is responsible for the tracking of the Anarchists. Farandi has also confessed that he intended to cause an explosion in the Stock Exchange in order to kill capitalists. Mr Gladstone is recovering in health.
