THE EDUCATION BOARD (?. p THE DISrRICT OF WANGANUI. IN pursnance of ''The Sckool Committees Election Act, 1891," it is hereby notified that the Annual Meeting of Householders in each Scliool District, in the district of the above Board, for the purpose of receiving the Annual Report of the Committee for the past year, and of electing a new Committee for the ensuiug 3 r ear, will be held on MONDAY, 28rd April, 1894, at the hour of 8 p.m. Where not otherwise specially mentioned herein, the place of meeting will be the School House in each district. The number of Committee to be elected in the School Districts mentioned in the First Schedule hereto is seven ; in those mentioned in the Second Schedule hereto five. The householders in each School District are hereby required to send, in writing, by post or delivery, so as to be delivered to the respective Chairmen of the several School Committees, not later than 8 o'clock in the evening of April 16th, 1894, the names of persons, being resident householders, nominated by them for election, to serve upon the Committee for the year next ensuing. Each nomination shall be signed by the proposer, and by the candidate, and shall be in the following form, or to the effect thereof : — To the Chairman of the School Committee. I, the undersigned, hereby nominate (Christian name and surname of Candidate) for election as a mem* ber . of the above School Committee for the ensuing year.
