The decisions under the Licensing Act are very important, the law being discovered to one who claimed over 20 years experience in his business. The admirer of local energy and talent will be glad to find that they have not boon so heavily crushed by law- as the plaintiff desired, but the case is useful as exemplyfying how aclvisablo the full -state- • ment of any agreement should be clearly Ret out in black and white.
