It was the Anarchies Henri who threw the bomb in the Cafe" Lazaire, Paris. Before doing so, he attempted to enter several theatres and fashionable cafes. Anarchists paid a nocturnal visit to the lodging occupied by Henri, at Belleville, and took away a number of bombs and burned all papers. The police lately have been closely watching a boardinghouse club, and the members, expecting a raid would be made, dispersed. The French press denounce the incredible tolerance shown by England to Anarchists. It is rumoured thai the French Government intends to revive the passport system for all travellers from England. The Gaulois says an Anarchist has left London with a million francs in his pbelce^to'strike a -great blow on the^Contirient. - Owing to the brutality of Colonel Akertsk, of the Bussian Dragoon Regiment, Warsaw, the .officers drew lots to determine who should murder him. Tha lot fell to an adjutant, .who shot the colonel dead.
