All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Sansou, entrance money enclosed, with name, age at time of entry, pedi' gree, and, in cases of handicaps, performances of tha horse, name of the owner, and colours of the rider. 5. Winners of any race to the value of 25 soys or- over after the declaration ot weights to carry a penalty of .71 bs in the Flying, Sandon, and Electric Handicaps. DEFINITION OF A HACK. A Hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race (Hack and Hunter's excopted) or is not nominated for any race at date of entry (Hack and Hunters' races excepted).
