WEIGHTS declared on or about THURSDAY, Ist March, 1 1894. 3. ACCEPTANCES and GENERAL ENTRIES on SATURDAY, 10 .h March. 1894. Entries for Maiden Ist March, 9 p.m. 4. All entries to be sealed and j addressed to the Secretary, Sanson, ] entrance money enclosed, with name, age at time of entry, pedi* gree, and, in cases of handicaps, performances of the horse, name of the owner, and colours of the rider. 5. All races to be run under the Rules of Racing as adopted by the Metropolitan Clubs of New Zealand. 6. Winners of any race to the value of 25 soys or over after the declaration ot weights to carry a penalty of 71 bs in the Flying, San* don, and Electric Handicaps. DEFINITION OF A HACK. A Hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race (Hack and Hunter's excepted) or is nominated for any race at date of entry (Hack and Hunters' races excepted).
