January, 1894, striking a Special Rate of one-fifth of a penny in the £ on the rateable value of all the rateable properties within the Awahou Riding to provide interest and sinking fund on a loan of £1500, to be raised under " Tho Government Leans to Local Bodies Act 188G " and amendments, such rate to be an annually receiving rate for 2G years and to be payable in one sum on the Ist January in each year.
