Breach of Promise Suit against a Sultan.
The breach of promise action which Mi s Jenny Mighell, of Devonshire Terrace, Brighton, has instituted against His Highness the Sultan of Joliore, who is described in tlw writ as being " otherwie kn wn j.s Mr Albert Baker," will be heard in the High Court of Justice shortly.
