MANA WAIU COUNTY COUNCIL. In the matter of the " Local Bodies Loans Act, 1880." The above Council being desirous of raising the sum of £1500 by way of loan under the provision of the above Act hereby publicly notify — 1 The particular public work proposed to be undertaken is forming, claying and metalling on the Foxton-Shaunon Road, belweeu the boundary of tho Foxton Borough and the Shannon Ferry. 2. 'flic total sum proposed to be ho- rowed is £l.ioo, cost of raising the said loan to be paid out of money so borrowed. 3. The security proposed to be given for such loan is a sptciahate of one-fifth (1- sth) of a penny in the £ to be levied on the rateable value of all the rateable properties (Crown and Native lauds exoepted) within the Riding of Awahou in the above mentioned County By order E.
