HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. Friday, September 22. The Speaker took the chair at 2 BO p.m. Mr Taylor's Elective Governor Bill was talked out. The Shops and Shop Assistants Bill was read a third time by 30 votes to 19. The Land for Settlements Bill was reported from committee and the Land Act Amendment Bill and the Tairua Land Bill were then read a third time and passed. The House was still sitting at 4 a.m
