Competition was keen for beefy and hoggets sold well. Store cattle maintained recent rates and some riot reaching reserve were turned out unsold Our quotations ■ are \ M Cattle— Fat bullocks, £7 12s; Byr steers, £4, 12s 6d ; mixed weanera. 25s to 278^. Sheep -Fat \ wethers, 15s 8d ; hoggets, 10a 9a to 10s lOd. Pias -Porkers, 15s.
