There has been some little trouble regarding divorce proceedings. Concerning one case the Judge does not seem to have been very wrong. He explains that the man was a Russian. He and his wife came together to me. They wei-e at first married by mistake. The Russian did not, at the time they were married, know what he was doing. They had ne\ev lived together' and never met without quarrelling and trouble. This had lasted about five years, and I thought it time it should be ended,
