Siam.
It is officially announced that the blockade of Siam is raised. The concessions made by Siam include half the Luang Prabang on the Mekong, but no islands in the Gulf of Siam. No Siamese forces are to be maintained at Battambong, nor ara any warships to be kept on the Great Lake on the Mekong.
