THIS GENTLEMAN HAD NO WAX IN HIS EARS. THE PATIENT'S TESTIMONY. Dr Raymond, Aurist, &c. Dear Sir — I have ben deaf for 42 years, completely deaf in one ear and partially so in the other ; and of late years the affliction so ehfeeblod my general health that I often feared ihe disease would terminate in some serious, if not fata!, brain complication. " Seeing your advertisement, I purchased and read jour scientific i pamphlet ; and from the information contained thereiu, I was quickly porsiui<ie>l that 3011 were the only speciitlis;.v;ho eoull possibly succeed ia my case. No iiituhigdii-t peivon can miKe any mistake about «i.hor yourself, H) .-teui. or valuable writiugs, and if I had mot you 11 i<out 25 veui'B ago \ou inighc'lmvti Miwd me many years .of untold physic »l und: tcietiiiil, suffering. Bur. jo .1 weiv », very small hid then, and i' seeuH tiuly wo derJul that I siioul'l now meet with a man of your ability, after waiting patiently for. so many years to come across a physician with • my ideas of disease.' I have come acrots scores of so-called doctors aud specialists in my time ; but as they all; seemed to have been of the old orthodox school of medicine, and utterly devoid of any originality or plausability, I thought it far better to leave them alone, and wait till i met a specialist whose system accorded more with the laws of nature. lam happy to say that I have met that man, and every day my deafness is gradually leaving me, and I feel that I am being restored to my wonted health and vigour. " This euro should certainly speak volumes for your simple, natural Botauib practice ; aud, as I have only been oue month under your care, I intend to pursue the treatment further, until you have performed a thorough cure of my case. I would also add here that one car has iin. proved immensely, and as soon as you have finished opening' up communication with tho i'i^ht ear; you will have given me all "the relief 1 ever wished for— in fact, my hearing 1 will then be nearly perfect. I can accord the same praise to your general treatment, whioh is oertainly making a new man of 'me. -In conclusion, I shall always be happy to recommend you to friends, or to personally testify to your skill and treatment.— rYours very truly, v ;_C.?J. LINDBERG." "Bellevue Cottage, Bellevue-road, Mount Eden, 4th February, 1893." , Note— Since presenting the above testiy monial, Mr Lindberg has had his hearing restored in both ears, and will shortly be leaving Auckland on a business trip to Europe ; but his wife and family may be interviewed at the same address with respect to the cure. Dr Eaymond would also mention here that he might have cured soores of other individuals during his stay in Auckland had they not been so dilatory in making up their minds, and he can't afford to waste his valuable time among a community who are too slow for a fnneral. In conclusion, Dr Raymond would add that at present he has no more pamphlets for sale, as they are all sold. DR G. H. RAYMOND, Oculist, Aombt and Botanic Physician, Carlton House, Cuba-street), Wellington!
