The sale of privileges in connection with the Foxton Racing Club's Autumn Meeting was held to-day at White's hotel by Mr Montague, acting for Mr Snelson. The gates went for £32, Mr Wyeth being the purchaser. Mr Smith bought the Grand Stand and Saddling paddock for £34. No. 1 Publican's booth fetched £10, Mr Cawston being the purchaser. No. 2 Booth was bought by Mr Border for £9. The refreshment booth went to Mr McGlashin for £5. The correct cards were bought by Mr Bond for £15. The right to attend horses went to the Club for £1.
