Church of England Services.
The Church of England services at All Saints', Foxton, will be conducted by the Rev (leo. Aitkens once every Sunday, on the first and second Sunday in the month in the evening, on the third and fourth Sunday in the morning, (excepting a fiith Sunday in any month ) At Shannon the services will be fort' nightly, viz ; on the first Sunday in the month in the morning, on the third Sunday in the evening.
There will also be a short service with address every Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. throughout Lent.
The Eev. Geo. Aitkens will conduct divine service at All Saints' on Sunday morning next at 11 a.m. when there will be a celebration of the Holy Communion. In the evening he will hold services at Levin.
Mr Aitkens will also conduct the Wednesday evening services as usual at 7 p.m. after which the choir practice takes place. A meeting of the ladies of the parish has been called to assemble at the Aberdeen House on Thursday afternoon next at 3 p.m. to take steps to form a ladies' guild to work for the church.
