A meeting of the Committee of the above was held on Tuesday evening ! to consider the programme, and to fix upon a date fjr the Autumn | Meeting ! It was decided to have a Hack | Meeting on Wednesday, 12th April, !1893. f ! The Secretary submitted the pvo- ' gramme for the Committee's consideration, which was carefully gone through, the total amount in stakes being £315, and made up as follows : — Flying Handicap, 40 soys ; ffandicap Hurdles.jSO soys ; Fox ton Handicap, 100 soys ; 30 lee trie Handicap, ■ 80 soys ; Welter Handicap, 30 soys ; Stewards' Stakes, 40 soys ; Forced Handicap, 25 soys. The programme has been forwarded to the Metropolitan Club at Wanganui for their approval. *
