Nominations for Handicap Hurdles, Sandon Handicap, Flying Stakes Handicap, and Tramway Handicap, close with the Secretary, at the Junction Hofcsl, San-on, on SATURDAY, 25th February, 1893, at 9 p.m. 2i-. ; All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Sandon ; entrance money enclosed, with the name, age at time af entry, pedigree, and, in the cases of handicaps, performances of the horse, name of the owner, and colours of the rider. 3. All races to be run under the Eulea of Racing as adopted by the Metropolitan Club in yewv ew Zealand. 4. A "hack " means a horse that has never won an advertised race, or is nominated for. any race at the 1 time of start, or for six months previous thereto, haclc and hunters excepted. 5.
