To start at 1.10 p.m. 4. FOXTON HANDICAP, of 100 soys ; second horse to receive 10 soys, and third horse 8 soys from the stakes. Distance, one mile and a half. Nomination, 80s; acceptance, 2 soys. The winner of any handicap of the value of 75 soys after the declaration of weights to incur a penalty of 7lbs. To start at 2 p.m. 6.
