Bulls on a Saturday sent word to fche Parawanui natives that he would pay them a visit on the following day, Sunday. The natives duly considered the letter, and forwarded a relpy to the effect that Sunday was fche day for receiving Christ's Minister, and fchafc the Government had six days on whicli their Minister could come to see them if he wanted to. Mr Carroll took the straight hint in good part, and paid his visit on the Monday instead.
