The London imes regards the failure td arrive at a settlement of the dispute as a triumph for the Socialists and Anarchists. The revenue derived from the gaming establishments at Monte Carlo is £920,000, being an excess of £47,000 over the previous year. The Wiedomosti, a newspaper published in Moscow, insists that Russia must prevent the fortifying of the Bosphorus.
