He also mentioned that the Governor of Eussian Turkestan has despatched a Spaniard (?) to the Pamirs to explore the British territory in the vioinity. Ihe Proclamation declaring the Irish National League dangerous to society has been revoked. At the wool sales there is increased competition, and priceg are fully maintained.
