In Memoriam.
In fond and loving memory of Majioahet E. CuMJfEHFiELD, who died August 10th, lSOl ; aged 05 years. One sad year has passed Since our dear Mother was called away, The thought still lingers round our hearts, How hard it was for us to part. Oh Mother we did love thee, Though that love we never knew Till death's dark cruel shadow* Did hide thee from our view. We loved her, ah ! no tongue can tell, How much we loved her, and how well ; God loved her too, and thought it beat To take her to His home at rest. Inserted by her loving husband and children.
