(Bofore H. W. Brabant Esq, R.M). Thursday, 14th July. civil cases. Edwards and Sullivan v. Alex. Speirs -Claim £14 8s 9d. Mr Ray for plaintiffs. This was a claim for paddocking and other work done at defendant's flaxinilJ. After a deal of evidence had been taken, in which both parties seemed to have been mixed up in their accounts, the R.M. gave judgement for plaintiffs for £14 12s ; less £6 10s deductions, making a total of £8 2s ; costs, £2 10s
